It is possible to add custom reports to the reports menu. All reports must be written with Crystal Reports 9 software.
To add a new custom report:
1. Reports>{module}>Custom Reports>Add reports...
2. Browse to the location of the crystal report using the windows explorer screen that will have opened
3. Select the required report and click on 'open'
4. Enter a report name, this will need to be a user friendly name as it will appear on the menu
5. Click on OK, the screen will close
6. Go back into Reports>{module}>Custom Reports - the report will appear in the list
