Adding Custom Reports

It is possible to add custom reports to the reports menu. All reports must be written with Crystal Reports 9 software. 

To add a new custom report: 

1. Reports>{module}>Custom Reports>Add reports... {br}
2. Browse to the location of the crystal report using the windows explorer screen that will have opened{br}
3. Select the required report and click on 'open'{br}
4. Enter a report name, this will need to be a user friendly name as it will appear on the menu{br}
5. Click on OK, the screen will close{br}
6. Go back into Reports>{module}>Custom Reports - the report will appear in the list{br}
