Overview¶

This guide explains how to find contacts who have an email address entered.

Finding the Contacts¶

Open the Contacts Manager screen
In the Comm. Info box type
Type in any additional search criteria you require and search

The %@% in the Comm. Info. box tells ShowBiz to look for Contacts whose communication details (Tel,Fax,Mob,Email,WWW) contain an @ symbol i.e. they have an email address. Similarly you could enter 07% to find all Contacts with a mobile number.
