Overview
This guide explains how to add memberships and payments onto the system1. Select the Members icon in the header of the main ShowBiz screen which will display the following Membership Manager page:
2. Perform a search with the information you have to check if the membership already exists. To do this select the 'Member Contact' tab in the toolbar and in the 'Filter' section at the top search by inputting the Last Name and Postcode into the fields.
3. Press the Search tab which will display the result if there is one in the Results box. If the membership doesn't yet exist the box will still show empty.
4. To add the membership press Add and you will be presented with a new screen titled 'Member Details'. In the Member section enter the Name, Communication Info and Postal Address in the fields.
5. Next select the 'Membership' tab in the toolbar and enter the Membership details/Payments into the fields. Press Save.
