It is possible to format the catalogue at header, section or class level.

To access the formatting, right click on the header, section or class and select edit. When accessing from the header, the following screen will appear:

Click on the 'Build Formatting' button to format the catalogue, the following screen will open:

The available fields will be based on the entry form set against that header, section or class.
To move the available fields across to the selected fields, highlight the field and click on the -> button in the middle of the screen. If a field is moved incorrectly or a different order is required, then click on the <- button in the middle of the screen to move the fields back. Once you have the selected fields as you require them, you can format them further using the buttons on the right hand side of the screen. Select the field and click on the relevant button.

Once you are happy with the formatting, click on 'OK' to save the settings. If you are updating the previous formatting the following message will appear, click 'Yes' to confirm the changes:

If you are formatting the catalogue from the Header section there will be the option to 'Apply To All Below':

This allows you to apply this formatting to all the sections and classes below. If you wish to have different formatting per section or per class (for example if different entry forms are used), these settings need to be made at a section or class level.
To access the formatting screen from the Section details screen, click on the formatting tab:

To access the formatting screen from the Class details screen, click on the details tab and then the formatting tab:

Once the entries are entered, the entry form details will be formatted as set out above and displayed as demonstrated below:
