Find Contacts with or without specific Types and Groups

Overview¶

Finding the Contacts¶

1) Open the Contacts Manager screen¶

2) Click the `Types / Groups` tab¶

3) Select Show¶

• Ensure the show selected on the `Contact Type` tab is the one that the Types and Groups you want to select belong to
  

4) Select Options¶

• Choose All or Any, Include or Exclude options (the various combinations are explained below)
  • All + Include: A Contact must have every Types/Groups ticked to be found
  • Any + Include: A Contact must have at least one of the Types/Groups ticked to be found
  • All + Exclude: A Contact must not have any of the Types/groups ticked to be found.
  • Any + Exclude: A Contact not have at least one of the ticked Types/Groups to be found
    

5) Tick the Types/Groups required¶
