Reports: How to fix reports that are locked to ShowBiz 3, so that they work for ShowBiz 4

1. Open the report file in crystal editor{BR}
2. Goto database>database expert{BR}
3. Right click on the "command" object in the right hand panel.{BR}
4. Select "Edit Command" from the menu.{BR}
5. Alter the query to remove the links to "ShowBiz.dbo.", and change to just "dbo."{BR}
6. Test the report{BR}
7. Save the report{BR}
8. Upload the report to the live server{BR}
9. Test the report on the live server{BR}
10. Send the report back to the ShowBiz team so we can store it in our code-repository{BR}
