Renumbering an Individual Catalogue Entrant

To set a catalogue number for an individual entrant, for example, after you have produced the catalogue and a late entry comes in...

1.) From the ShowBiz main screen, open the entries manager.

2.) Find the person that you need by going to the exhibitor tab, typing in their name and clicking search.

3.) Double click on one of the records that appear for that person.

4.) The Entry Details screen will appear. &nbsp;On the entries tab their is a list of entries, find the one you want and double-click on it.

5.) The Entrant Details tab will appear, showing the entry form details.Click on the status tab, the catalogue number field is on the top left of the screen.

6.) Put in the required catalogue number and click save.

7.) It will now save.  If the animal appears in multiple classes, you may be asked if you want to set the same number for that animal in all classes.
