==Overview== ''The Day Book report is a series of crystal reports that get generated and contain account information for a period of time. This guide takes you through the process for producing the day book reports.'' ===Guide to process=== 1. In the main ShowBiz application select the Accounts tab from the toolbar and scroll to 'Day Book Report'. You will be presented with the Day Book Report screen. In the dropdown bar at the top left of the page you will have the option to select a specific transaction type or to show all of them. Underneath this select the date range you want to display the reports for. The options at the right side of the page allows you to select from the range of daybook reports those you want to display and/or print. These include: Daybook - By Order No{br} Daybook - By Customer{br} Daybook - By Batch{br} Daybook - Detailed by Nominal Code{br} Daybook - Detailed{br} Daybook - Goods Analysis{br} Daybook - Summary{br} Daybook - By Sage Batch Number 2. You can further choose to filter the reports by Show and User in the drop down bars provided at the bottom of the Options section. 3. Press the Print button at the bottom of the page. Print if necessary then close this to be taken to the next report. Follow this procedure to be taken through all the reports.
