1. Log into showbiz 

2. Once logged in , from the menu bar , click Tasks - Entries - Record Prizes and Forwards 

3. A new form should open , click print prize report 

4. Then select the contents of the report required 

5. Once the report is produced in PDF - press the Envelope button and export it - select the format and location from there
