Add a Judge or Steward

==Overview==
''This guide explains how to make a contact a Judge or a Steward for a specific Show.''




1. Click the Show Selector tab at the top right of the main ShowBiz screen and select the show you want to add the judge or steward for. Press OK.

2. Go to the 'Contacts' Icon at the left of bar at the top of the screen, which will bring you to the Contacts Manager screen. Find or add the contact (press the Add [f5]button at bottom of page) that you want to make a Judge or Steward.

3. To perform a search for an existing contact input some information into one of the fields i.e. last name then press the Search tab. This will bring up a list of results in the box at the bottom half of the page: select the required contact anc press 'Edit[F6]' If the contact isn't on there press 'Add[F5]'

4. You will now be presented with the Contact Details window. Fill in the relevant fields if you are adding a new contact or if it's an existing contact this information will be there already. Now select the 'Roles/Accomodation' tab from the header and click either Judge or Steward under 'Roles' on this next page.

5. Ensure the correct Show is selected in the drop down box labelled `Show` and click the `Add new Class or Section` button.

6. The `Judge / Steward Details` window will appear. Select what the Contact will be Judging or Stewarding using the Header, Section and Class drop down boxes.

7. Select a status and if required a role. This can be used for example to set a Steward as a head steward (new roles can be added by clicking on the button to the right of the role drop down box). Then click Save to confirm and be taken back to the 'Role/Accomodation' page.

8. Repeat these steps to add as many Judging or Stewarding roles as the Contact needs.
