Overview¶

This guide explains how to make a contact a Judge or a Steward for a specific Show.

Check the Show Selector button in the top right to ensure the Show you wish the add the Judge or Steward for is selected.

Open the `Contact Manager` screen and find or add the contact you want to make a Judge or Steward.
Edit the Contact so the `Contact Details` screen is open

Click the `Roles / Accommodation` tab and then click either the Judge or Steward tab as appropriate.
Ensure the correct Show is selected in the drop down box labelled `Show` and click the `Add new Class or Section` button

The `Judge / Steward Details` screen will appear.
Select what the Contact will be Judging or Stewarding using the Header, Section and Class drop down boxes.
Select a status and if required a role. This can be used for example to set a Steward as a head steward (roles can be added by clicking on the button to the right of the role drop down box
Click the `Save` button to confirm and return you to the `Roles / Accommodation` tab.
Repeat these steps to add as many Judging or Stewarding roles as this Contact needs

Example: Below a Contact has been made a Head Steward in the Aberdeen Angus section.
