Overview¶

Stock rules enable related stock items to be automatically added when the main stock item is purchased. For Example when an entry is made into a HOYs Class, the HOYs Levy can be automatically added.



1. Select 'Utilities' in the toolbar at the top of the screen and scroll down to Stock> Stock Rules. You will be presented with the screen shown below:








































2. Press 'Add' underneath the rule box which will bring up a new screen called 'Entry Linked Purchases'

3. Type in the rule name in the bar at the top of the page and tick the classes you want to add the rule for in the center box. (Note: To open up all the options for a category select the + sign beside the tick box).

4. To input the stock item and quantity information in box 2 press 'Add' below the box.
