[imageright||{UP}/Emblem.jpg] __'''Update Description'''__ This update will, in effect, check the transactions that will be passed to the Sage Export CSV file before it is actually produced. This will give the user, typically a person with accounting knowledge, the ability to give a cursory check of crucial information before continuing with the process. At the point where the user clicks on the Export button within the Export Transactions screen, a routine will be run that checks the transactions to be produced and then displays the following screen: [image||{UP}/ExpSage1.jpg] For each transaction type to be created in the Sage export file, the number of transactions that contain the Miss Posting code will be displayed in the fields in the Miss Postings area of the screen (shown on the right-hand side). The Receipt Accounts used will also be listed in the Receipt Accounts area of the screen. Once the user has looked at this information, they can either click on the Continue button to complete the export or click Cancel to cancel it (in which case the transactions in Showbiz will remain as un-posted.
