Cheque Name versus Prize Cheque name...

Both Cheque Name and Prize Cheque Name can be specified, because there could be a difference between who receives a normal cheque (e.g. for a refund) and who receives the prize money.

Normally this will be the same person, but allowing both of these fields caters for the occasional case where two people (e.g. the contact and the rider) get cheques connected to the same set of ShowBiz accounts.
