Add Stabling Days to the Online Extras

''This guide explains how to first add a Stock Item for Stabling and secondly add stabling days to the online extras.''



1. In the toolbar at the top of the main ShowBiz screen go to Utilities and scroll down to Entries>Entry Set Up. You will be presented with the Entry Utilities screen. Here, in Stable Types press the Add button.

2. A new window will appear titled Stable Types. Input the name of the stable type in the box at the top of the page, update the number of nights and tick the required classes in the drop down box. You can also add any sub types by clicking the Add button at the bottom and inputting the Sub Type name in the small window that appears. Once you have input all the necessary details press ok.

3. You will be presented with a new screen requiring you to add in the stock item details. Enter these into the fields provided the press Save.

4. Go to the Web Mods icon in the Main ShowBiz screen header.

5. In Entries and Extras , Select the show , for Entries and Extras, Add , Item type - Stabling , Select the Item, check the night you required this stable to be active for
