Setting up Showbiz User Security

Overview

Until now the only user security in ShowBiz was the ability to set a password against certain actions such as deleting transactions or schedule items.
These passwords have now been removed and a full security module has been implemented in their place. The module allows you to set permissions for each user in ShowBiz per module or make them an Administrator giving them full access to the whole program.
Initial Setup

By default all Users will be set to be an Administrator. This is to mimic the way ShowBiz security worked previously; every user will have full permissions to do anything within the application.
If you wish to use the security module you will need to work through all the users in the ShowBiz users utility, setting permissions for each as you deem appropriate. To access this utility go to Utilities->System->Database Users.
NB: By default user passwords are set to be the first letter of the user name so you will need to ensure each user has a secure password set up.
