Saving Word Documents as PDFs

On saving a Microsoft Word document it is possible to save it as a PDF file.

Click on the 'Save As' menu, then click on 'Browse'. Browse to the required location. In the lower part of the 'Save As' screen, click the drop down for 'Save as type', select 'PDF (*.pdf)'. The option to 'Open file after publishing will automatically be ticked, if you do not wish the PDF file to open, untick this option. Then click on Save.

Browse the specified location in order to view the file.
