Quickbooks Export/Import File

Under Reports>Accounts there is now a 'Quickbooks Export File' option. Selecting this generates an XLS file. This will need to be saved as a CSV file in order to import into Quickbooks.

The columns included in the report are: Date - date of the transaction Description - transaction reference Amount - total value of the transaction QBSE Category - department code conversion i.e. BI in the department code will return 'Business Income' in the import file (Please email [email protected] if you wish another department code to be added) Account - the nominal code Notes - transaction notes
