Link Existing Contacts Together

In Contacts
Contacts Manager
Type in surname and click Search for the parent name
Double click the relevant person
Select tab Contact/Account Type
Under Account type, select third option This contact is a parent of
Click Add Child [F8]
Search for child name, highlight name
click Select
Repeat for each child you want to link to the parent
